The challenge: managing a complex reconditioning center from the moment it opens
In 2024, Net&Co took a new step forward by opening its own used vehicle reconditioning center. Previously specializing mainly in storage and cosmetic preparation, the company expanded its expertise to include a comprehensive reconditioning service and structure a new value chain around used vehicles.Starting with an empty factory, structuring workflows, organizing teams, and guaranteeing quality from the very first vehicles required solid support and software capable of managing the entire operation from day one.
When the center opened, Net&Co had to manage the following simultaneously:
- 280 vehicles per month
- 300+ vehicles in stock
- Mechanical operations, bodywork, painting, and aesthetics
- External flows and subcontracting
